Job Summary
Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients and residents while conducting nutrition assessments and evaluations to identify specific needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on nutrition and meal planning, and maintain accurate records and reports of patient nutrition data. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall patient care. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a caring team at Acadia Nursing and Rehab Center in Aliquippa, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
