Job Summary
Assess residents' nutritional status and identify those at risk using clinical knowledge. Interview residents, family members, and legal representatives to develop individualized plans of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and conduct regular meal observations to ensure adequate food intake. Maintain current dietitian registration and state licensure. After 90 days, alternative schedules and potential remote work options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration
- Current certification and/or license in the state(s) in which they are practicing
Desired Qualifications
- Nutrition documentation experience
