Job Summary
Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of residents to identify individualized dietary needs and design personalized meal plans meeting unique nutritional requirements. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement nutrition programs, monitor plan effectiveness, and adjust as needed. Educate residents, families, and staff on proper nutrition and meal planning while maintaining accurate care records. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and develop comprehensive care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Dietetics or related field from an accredited institution
- Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
