Job Summary
Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans for residents while monitoring and reporting on food intake and nutritional status. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure dietary needs are met and exceed resident expectations. Develop and implement nutrition education programs for residents and staff, staying up-to-date with the latest research to provide expert guidance. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve overall care. This part-time role offers a competitive salary of $40-$45 per hour at Saugus Rehab and Nursing in Massachusetts, within a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient care.
