Registered Dietician - Functional Medicine - Full Time

Job Summary
Conduct follow-up visits, support therapeutic diet plans, and implement 5R Gut protocols while reviewing medical histories and lab findings via EMR. Collaborate with MD/NP/PA-C to integrate findings into nutrition strategies and provide portal messaging for patient accountability. Develop nutrition education materials, support seminars and wellness programs, and contribute to digital library growth. Participate in team meetings and communicate proactively within the interdisciplinary team to support operational goals. This full-time onsite role offers mentorship with Dr. Eric Potter and exposure to complex cases including CIRS, Lyme disease, and autoimmune disorders within a team-based functional medicine practice.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian
- Functional Medicine certification or active pursuit
- one year experience or training in functional/integrative medicine
- Familiarity with chronic illness management, lab interpretation, therapeutic diets
- Understanding of stress physiology, detoxification, gut health, metabolic health
- Knowledge of HIPAA, medical ethics, and patient confidentiality
- Compassionate, humble, and strong communicator
- Able to support a steady stream of complex chronic illness patients
- Strong organizational skills and EMR documentation ability
- Creative thinker with ability to develop educational tools
- Service-oriented, positive, composed, and innovative
- Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Full Time Onsite Position
Desired Qualifications
- Functional Medicine certification or active pursuit preferred but will train the right candidate
