Job Summary
Registered Dietitian at Brighton Post Acute (Boston, MA) will develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans aligned with physician orders and treatment goals, support discharge planning with nutrition components, monitor residents' nutritional status, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliant nutrition services, and maintain quality assurance for the Food Services Department. The role emphasizes safe, medically appropriate nutrition care, adherence to regulations, and ongoing professional growth within a 78-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field required
- Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong expertise in clinical nutrition, preferably within geriatric, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing healthcare and nutritional services in skilled nursing environments
