Job Summary
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and prophylaxis while conducting periodontal charting, probing, and therapy. Take digital radiographs and cone beam CT scans, capture digital photography as needed, and apply sealants and preventive treatments. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive care. This full-time or part-time role in Tuscaloosa, AL, offers a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating Friday shifts for additional time off. Candidates must hold an active Dental Hygienist license, with Dentrix experience preferred. The practice features advanced technology, a supportive team of two dentists and eight members, and systems designed to promote work-life balance and prevent burnout.
