Job Summary
Provide comprehensive preventive hygiene care, including prophylaxis and scaling and root planing, while educating patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and effective home-care techniques. Assess and communicate oral health concerns to dentists within structured 45-minute appointments, collaborating with a clinical team of specialists to deliver a comfortable, welcoming, and professional patient experience. Build trusted relationships with patients focused on long-term oral health and periodontal care, maintaining a quality-over-quantity mindset. Full-time Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with $55–$58 per hour compensation, sign-on bonus, and benefits.
