Job Summary
Provide comprehensive preventive hygiene care, including prophylaxis and scaling and root planing. Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and effective home-care techniques. Build trusted relationships with patients and assess oral health concerns to communicate them to dentists. Collaborate with a team of four full-time and two part-time hygienists, four general dentists, and specialists in oral surgery, periodontics, and endodontics. Deliver a comfortable, welcoming, and professional patient experience while maintaining a quality-over-quantity mindset during structured 45-minute appointments.
