Job Summary
Conduct oral health assessments, administer prophylaxis, sealants, and fluoride treatments, and provide individualized oral hygiene education to underserved children at school sites. Verify patient identity, review medical histories, document services on charts, and assist the dentist with directed tasks while maintaining team coordination. Travel daily between locations, lifting up to 50 lbs, and work a standard school day schedule from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. with evenings, weekends, and summers off.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold active RDH license
- Valid Driver's License
- willingness to travel
- CPR certification card
- Experience with patient charting (paper forms, charting tooth surfaces)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Working experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- Valid driver license
- reliable transportation
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
