Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride application under general supervision of a dentist. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions and medical history, and guide them through the treatment process. Provide Same Day Care opportunities and maintain accurate dental and perio charting while ensuring compliance with all government regulations and company standards. Work in a team environment serving a patient base that is 70% or more children, with a mission to create over a million smiles annually.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
