Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride application under general dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions by reviewing medical history, and guide them through the entire treatment process. Provide compassionate customer service by offering same-day care options and ensuring adherence to all government regulations and company standards. Support the office with charting and maintain a fun, compassionate environment for a patient base where over 70% are children.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
