Job Summary
Our Hygienists deliver direct dental care to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, performing scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. They provide education to patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess patient needs and medical history, ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards, guide patients through the treatment process, assist with dental and perio charting, and capture x-rays for patient charts to create memorable patient experiences. Claims-based bonuses include bi-weekly production bonuses and office performance bonuses; comprehensive benefits and continuing education reimbursements are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
