Job Summary
Perform thorough oral assessments, clean teeth using various instruments, and administer local anesthesia as required. Educate patients on proper hygiene techniques, provide personalized product recommendations, and take dental X-rays for evaluation. Apply preventive treatments like fluoride varnishes or sealants, conduct periodontal charting, and assist the dentist in treating gum diseases. Coordinate other office responsibilities as needed. Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekends or late evenings. Newly licensed hygienists are encouraged to apply. Join a collaborative team of specialists, hygienists, and patient care coordinators dedicated to improving patient oral health and overall well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Hygiene Provider State Licensure
- Newly licenced Dental Hygienist
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
- Must be able to work Monday - Thursday 9:00AM - 4:00PM
- Must not work weekends
- Must not work late evenings
