Job Summary
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments while updating patient health histories and recording vital signs. Take and review digital radiographs, intraoral images, and iTero scans, then conduct periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screenings. Assess caries risk, educate patients on preventive care, and apply fluoride treatments and sealants. Collaborate with doctors to communicate findings and provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and assist with operatory setup and turnover. Full-time or part-time roles available with competitive hourly pay ranging from $36 to $45.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio Dental Hygiene License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Experience with digital radiography and periodontal screening
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Dentrix experience preferred
- iTero experience preferred
