Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride application under general dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions and medical history, and guide families through the treatment process. Provide compassionate customer service by offering same-day care options and maintaining accurate dental and perio charting. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards while supporting the mission to create accessible, high-quality dental care for over 2,000 employees across the country.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
