Job Summary
Provide quality dental hygiene to patients under dentist supervision; perform prophylaxis (prophy) and SRP per quad; manage charting and scheduling; contribute to a positive patient experience; collaborate with team to support periodontal and overall oral health; participate in morning huddle and maintain OSHA-compliant sterilization and infection-control protocols; demonstrated communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with patients and teammates in a Bartlett, IL dental office; part-time schedule with specific Tuesday, Thursday, and occasional Friday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of IL
- Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
- CPR Certification
- Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
- Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
- Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
