Job Summary
Deliver exceptional clinical care as an RDH focused on comfort, trust, and elevated patient experience. Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and diagnostics, educate patients about the connection between oral health and systemic conditions, and use visuals/technology to help patients understand their health. Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to create a seamless patient experience, drive reappointment and retention, and contribute to a growth-minded, team-first culture.Requires Active RDH license and strong periodontal knowledge; emphasis on empathy, relationship-building, and patient education to empower patients about oral-systemic health connections.
