Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions and medical history, and guide them through the entire treatment process. Provide compassionate customer service by offering same-day care options and ensuring adherence to all government regulations and company standards. This role supports Benevis' mission to create over a million smiles annually by serving a patient base that is 70% or more children. Full-time candidates may earn up to $65/hour plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus, while part-time roles offer a $5,000 bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
