Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride application under general dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene while assessing dental conditions and reviewing medical histories. Guide patients through the entire treatment process and provide same-day care opportunities. Maintain accurate dental and perio charting and adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Schedule includes Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and paid time off. Hygienists with one year of employment may seek continuing education reimbursement up to $250 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
