Job Summary
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene appointments, including scaling and root planing, while educating patients on oral hygiene and presenting treatment plans. Take digital radiographs as needed and maintain accurate clinical records using Eaglesoft. Collaborate with doctors to deliver compassionate, individualized care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Part-time schedule (2–4 days per week) with Monday through Friday hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Starting pay is $40+ per hour with bonus opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Dental Hygienist license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to educate patients and present treatment recommendations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SRP and periodontal therapy preferred
- Eaglesoft experience is a plus
