Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist sought to join a full-time, community-focused dental practice in Sandpoint. Responsibilities include conducting initial mouth screenings, identifying conditions (gingivitis, caries, periodontists), utilizing Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) to remove plaque and tartar, educating patients on oral health, taking X-rays and digital impressions (iTero), collaborating with the dentist to determine appropriate treatments, maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring patient comfort, sterilizing instruments, and managing supplies and equipment. The role requires a licensed dental hygienist with CPR certification, strong communication skills, and a patient, friendly demeanor to build relationships with patients of all ages. Training and resources to become a certified provider are provided. Compensation is $50-$65/hour with benefits including Medical, Dental, PTO, and Bonuses.
