Job Summary
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing. Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories and evaluating oral health conditions. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with safety guidelines. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care. Identify signs of oral diseases and communicate findings to the dentist for diagnosis and treatment planning. Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charting. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and sterilization standards. Support a positive patient experience by providing compassionate and professional care. Requires a valid state license, active CPR certificate, and at least one year of experience. Compensation ranges from $350 to $400 per day with performance-based bonuses.
