Job Summary
Assist with oral health management of all patients by verifying identity, obtaining assessments, and reviewing medical histories. Provide oral hygiene services including dental prophylaxis, sealant application, and fluoride application consistent with best practices. Deliver oral health education and individual counseling to patients regarding brushing and flossing. Document all provided dental services on patient charts. Perform daily travel to and from school sites across counties. Maintain a team player approach while working within a school-based mobile dental practice environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold active RDH license
- 1+ years' experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- Valid driver license
- reliable transportation
- willingness to travel to schools across counties
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
