Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Summary
Conduct patient care and periodontal therapy while utilizing advanced testing and holistic strategies to support wellness beyond traditional cleanings. Perform oral cancer screenings, digital radiographs, and patient education using Curve Hero practice management software. Address root causes of chronic bad breath, migraines, and periodontal disease through a functional medicine approach. Maintain current CPR/BLS certification and hold a valid AZ Hygiene license. Work part-time Thursdays and Fridays from 8 am to 5 pm or 2 pm. Join a supportive team committed to mentorship and continuing education in biological and whole-body wellness dentistry.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid AZ Hygiene license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Thursdays, 8 am - 5 pm
- Fridays, 8 am -2 pm
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on Hygienist experience
- Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, N2O, and Radiology
- Experience with periodontal therapy, oral cancer screenings, digital radiographs, and patient education
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach
- Experience using dental practice management software (Curve Hero preferred, but not required)
- Interest in biological/holistic dentistry and whole-body wellness, with a willingness to learn advanced protocols including ozone therapy, laser dentistry, salivary diagnostics, and preventive wellness care
- Team-oriented, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient experiences
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
