Registered Dental Hygienist

Deliver direct dental care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions and medical history, and guide families through the entire treatment process. Provide compassionate patient experiences and support office operations by adhering to all government regulations and company standards. This role is part of Benevis' mission to create over a million smiles annually, with a patient base comprising 70% or more children. The position offers a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus, monthly office performance bonuses, and reimbursement for continuing education and certification training.
