Job Summary
Provide thorough, compassionate preventive dental hygiene care while educating patients on oral health and home care. Review and document patient histories, take radiographs, and complete periodontal assessments to identify concerns and communicate findings with the team. Build trusting relationships with patients and collaborate closely with the dentist and entire practice to create a comfortable, positive experience. Requires current Minnesota Dental Hygiene licensure, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Monday–Thursday schedule from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, 401k, and PTO.
