Job Summary
Provide thorough, compassionate preventive dental hygiene care by educating patients on oral health and home care. Review and document patient histories, take radiographs, and complete periodontal assessments to identify concerns and communicate findings with the team. Build trusting relationships with patients while collaborating with the dentist and entire practice to create a comfortable, positive experience. Requires current Minnesota licensure, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Join a supportive team offering Monday–Thursday hours (7:45 AM–4:30 PM), medical/dental insurance, 401k, PTO, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
