Job Summary
Provide exceptional orthodontic care to patients within one of 13 practices across Ontario, utilizing Microsoft Office and dental software systems to streamline tasks. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Participate in in-house training opportunities and utilize continuing education reimbursement to further develop clinical skills. Maintain current provincial licensure and CPR certification as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current state or provincial licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental software systems
