Job Summary
Provide thorough dental hygiene care including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive services like fluoride. Take digital dental X-Rays and perform oral health assessments while educating patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive treatment. Document clinical findings accurately, maintain organized patient charts, and use Open Dental software for charting and scheduling. Follow all infection control, sterilization, and safety procedures while delivering gentle, high-quality care and building strong patient relationships. Communicate effectively with all team members. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Michigan
- Current BLS, HIPAA, OSHA certifications (or updated within 30 days of hire)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Team player with a positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Experience is always a plus, but we will consider new hygiene graduates with excellent references
