Provide dental health education regarding tooth care and diet, remove plaque and calculus through scaling and polishing, and take impressions or dental radiographs. Apply prophylactic, antibacterial materials, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to prevent tooth decay while conducting screening and monitoring procedures.
