Job Summary
The Registered Dental Hygienist delivers comprehensive preventive and periodontal services, supports diagnosis and treatment planning, and educates patients while maintaining clinical excellence. Primary duties include adult and pediatric prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, non-surgical periodontal therapy, obtaining digital radiographs and intraoral photographs, conducting periodontal charting and risk assessments, documenting findings in Open Dental, collaborating with dentists and the clinical team on treatment planning, operating within an assisted hygiene model (two columns), and ensuring OSHA/HIPAA compliance and infection-control protocols. Requires active Texas RDH license; strong clinical proficiency; proficiency with digital radiography and intraoral imaging; experience with Open Dental, iTero, and Piezo preferred; excellent communication and time-management skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting. Compensation: $55–$60 per hour, full-time, with sick days, incentive bonus pay, health insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k). Location: Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Strong clinical proficiency and attention to detail
- Proficiency with digital radiography and intraoral imaging
- Experience with Open Dental, iTero, and Piezo preferred
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
