Job Summary
Perform thorough hygiene visits with a strong diagnostic mindset, identifying and clearly communicating periodontal disease and restorative needs. Apply adjunctive therapies to contribute to excellent patient outcomes while ensuring patients understand the rationale behind treatment recommendations. Maintain accurate, same-day clinical notes and keep your schedule productive to drive patient reappointment. This role is for someone who wants to be part of a high-performing team that drives results, not just activity, where you take ownership of your schedule and patients. We offer a competitive daily rate or percentage of collections, whichever is higher, with a schedule built around Tuesday through Thursday to support your personal life.
