Job Summary
Perform thorough hygiene visits with a strong diagnostic mindset, identifying and clearly communicating periodontal disease and other treatment needs. Apply adjunctive therapies to contribute to excellent patient outcomes while ensuring patients understand the rationale behind recommendations. Maintain accurate, same-day clinical notes and keep your schedule productive to drive patient reappointment. This role is for a proactive clinician who takes ownership of their schedule and patients within a boutique dental practice focused on high-quality clinical outcomes and intentional scheduling.
