Job Summary
Provide direct dental hygiene care under the general supervision of a dentist, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene, assess dental conditions, review medical history, and guide patients through the treatment process. Deliver high-quality, compassionate care and contribute to a positive patient experience, with a pediatric-focused patient base (70%+). Support office operations and ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards. Participate in continuing education opportunities and utilize company-provided certifications and trainings to maintain licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
