Job Summary
Dental Hygienist delivers direct dental care and related services under general supervision of a dentist. Responsibilities include scaling and prophylaxis, taking x-rays, applying sealants and fluoride, and related procedures; educate patients and parents on oral hygiene; review medical history; adhere to government regulations and company standards; assist with dental and perio charting; capture radiographs and save to patient charts; provide compassionate, memorable experiences and opportunities for Same Day Care; maintain high-quality patient care and office workflow under a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
