Job Summary
Dental Hygienist sought to deliver direct dental care to patients under the general supervision of a dentist and provide office support. Responsibilities include scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants and fluoride application, and related procedures; deliver quality and compassionate care; educate patients and parents in oral hygiene; assess dental conditions and review medical history; adhere to government regulations and company standards; guide patients through the treatment process; assist with dental and perio charting and take/save x-rays as needed; provide memorable patient experiences with compassion for patients and parents. The role emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, ongoing education, and participation in continuing education opportunities with reimbursement support; certifications trainings (e.g., CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide) provided with eligible training expenses reimbursed.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
