Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care and patient-focused services under the general supervision of a dentist, including scaling and prophylaxis, radiographs, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and guide them through the treatment process to ensure quality care and memorable patient experiences. Take x-rays and contribute to charting when necessary, while adhering to government regulations and company standards. Emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care for a predominantly pediatric patient base (70%+), and opportunities for continuing education and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
