Registered Dental Hygienist sought to join a relationship-driven dental practice in the Leesburg/Ashburn area with opportunities for either part-time or full-time scheduling. The role emphasizes thorough, personalized patient care, confident and compassionate communication, and patient education within a collaborative team. The practice focuses on comprehensive dentistry, cosmetic treatment, airway and sleep solutions, implant care, and long-term oral health, supported by a modern, fully digital environment with advanced technology (iTero scanning, CBCT imaging with airway evaluation, laser therapy, ultrasonic instrumentation) and streamlined clinical setups. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality hygienic care, contributing to treatment planning, and delivering care to patients in a patient-centered, low-pressure scheduling model (60-minute continuing care visits, extended new patient appointments) to support quality outcomes and work-life balance. The office operates with flexible scheduling and a strong emphasis on professionalism, growth, and consistency, with hours Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM and Friday 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
