Job Summary
Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care to patients as part of Lumio Dental's Columbia team; collaborate with owner and associate dentists to establish clinical standards and maintain high-quality patient care; treat established and new patients, manage patient flow, and participate in ongoing mentorship, continuing education, and community initiatives; benefit from reimbursement for license and CPR renewal, comprehensive health/vision/PTO/401k packages, and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure
- CPR certification
- ability to work Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm (no Fridays)
- collaboration with owner and associate doctors
- CE credits or continued education participation
