Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride application under a dentist's supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions and medical history, and guide them through the entire treatment process. Provide compassionate customer service by offering same-day care options and maintaining accurate dental and perio charting. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards while supporting the team's mission to create accessible, high-quality dental care for communities.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
