Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene while assessing dental conditions and reviewing medical histories. Guide families through the entire treatment process and provide compassionate customer service, including Same Day Care options. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards while assisting with dental and perio charting. Support the team's mission to create over a million smiles annually by serving a patient base where children make up 70% or more.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing", "CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
