Job Summary
Perform dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing, while conducting periodontal assessments and charting. Take and interpret dental radiographs, administer preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants, and identify signs of oral disease to communicate findings to the doctor. Educate patients on oral hygiene, reinforce treatment plans, and maintain accurate patient records. Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols, sterilize instruments, and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient patient flow. Full-time schedule of four days per week with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Colorado
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to administer local anesthesia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and familiarity with Curve software
