Job Summary
Provide professional dental cleanings and periodontal care to patients; assess oral health and identify issues; take and develop dental X-rays as needed; educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care; assist in developing individualized patient care plans and follow-up protocols; post treatment and schedule recare appointments; maintain accurate patient records and manage hygiene-room inventory; support a collaborative team in a North Phoenix dental practice with Monday and Wednesday shifts, compensation $52-$55 per hour, and benefits including PTO and no weekend/evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RDH license in good standing
- 1+ years of experience preferred (new grads encouraged)
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to educate patients on oral health
- X-ray certification and radiography skills
- Ability to maintain patient records and scheduling
- Team-oriented and flexible in a busy practice
