Job Summary
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) at Community Clinic in Springdale, AR, primarily assisting the dentist, maintaining patient flow and EMR accuracy, performing dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, nitrous oxide administration, x-rays, and other procedures as directed. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) with strong computer and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and participate in duties including room setup, infection control, and patient education. Schedule: Mon-Thu 7:45a-5:00p, Fri 7:45a-1:00p. Must comply with HIPAA/HITECH, OSHA, PCMH/NCQA guidelines and Arkansas Board of Dental Examiners rules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current RDA license
- Nitrous Oxide class with exam and passing grade
- Prophy class with exam and passing grade
- X-Ray class with exam and passing grade
- Bilingual Spanish/English or Marshallese/English is required
