Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Provide chairside and clinical support during exams and procedures, including taking impressions for models and denture appliances. Place and remove rubber dams or other isolation devices while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Assist in discussing treatment plans with patients and act as a liaison between provider and patient. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care, and prepare and disinfect treatment rooms in compliance with infection control standards. Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and be willing to travel to other MCHC sites for trainings, meetings, and shift coverage.
