Job Summary
Partner with the clinical team to deliver high-level comprehensive care, including facilitating co-diagnosis by discussing restorative, periodontal, and occlusal needs with patients. Lead special projects that expand the practice's reputation and clinical standards while implementing new technology and stepping into leadership roles. Work alongside a tight-knit team of five to embrace problem-solving and accountability, ensuring seamless patient care and office flow. Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule with occasional Friday hours for big cases. Competitive base pay plus profit sharing, health insurance, PTO, and CE sponsorship.
