Job Summary
Assist the dentist in gaining patient commitment for urgent treatment by utilizing x-rays, educating patients with intra-oral pictures, and employing effective chair-side skills. Maintain a clean, sterile environment while preparing patients, sterilizing instruments per ADA guidelines, and instructing them on oral health care. Ensure strict compliance with state, federal, and HIPAA regulations. This role supports the Perfect Patient Experience at Dentists of East Clovis, offering tuition reimbursement and shift premiums for weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
- Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school
