Job Summary
Assist the dentist in gaining patient commitment for optimal treatment by utilizing x-rays, educating patients with intra-oral pictures, and applying anticipatory chair-side skills. Maintain a clean, sterile environment while preparing patients for procedures and instructing them on postoperative care. Sterilize instruments and equipment according to ADA guidelines and ensure strict compliance with state, federal, and HIPAA regulations. Work full-time hours earning $21.00–$29.25 hourly with benefits including medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and shift premiums for weekend roles.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
- Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school
