Job Summary
Assist the dentist in gaining patient commitment for treatment by utilizing x-rays and intra-oral pictures to educate patients and support diagnosis. Actively participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by preparing patients for treatment, maintaining a sterile environment, and instructing them on oral health care. Sterilize instruments and equipment per ADA guidelines while ensuring strict compliance with state, federal, and HIPAA regulations. Work as part of Anaheim Hills Dental Group and Orthodontics to learn new skills from experienced professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
- Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school
